All items are shipped by UPS Ground, unless otherwise instructed by the buyer. Tracking information can be provided upon request.
Do We Share the Information We Receive?
We share information as described below.

We work closely with other businesses and individuals, and we may share information about you with those businesses and individuals.

We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include providing Web site services, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. How Secure Is Information?
Your information is protected during transmission by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
Only the last four digits of your credit card numbers are revealed when confirming an order. Of course, the entire credit card number is transmitted to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Which Information Can I Access?
We give you access to information about your account and your interactions with us for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information.
What are my options
As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be necessary to make a purchase or to take advantage of certain features.
You can add or update certain information on pages such as those referred to in the “What can I access information section?”. When you update information, a copy of the previous version can be kept for our records.Help section of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie or how to disable cookies.
Returns & Replacements
The customer can return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging. The buyer will have to pay for return shipments; Return costs will be refunded if the return is a result of dealer error.
All refunds are to the original purchaser. A full refund will be provided by the return is received within the window return Replacements and exchanges are not compatible. Customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for replacement. Products classified as hazardous materials are not recoverable. Orders to proceed to checkout:

Log into your account or create a new account if this is your first order.Enter a shipping address, choose a shipping method, and enter your payment information.
Review the details of the order. Make sure you have applied any gift card or discount vouchers to use on your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
If you have a promotional discount code, please enter it in the appropriate field in the place your order page and click the Apply button. You will see the discount applied to the order summary box. Alternatively, you can enter this code on the payment page.
Some promotional discounts to your order are automatically applied during checkout. If this is the case, the promotional discount will be applied automatically qualified orders. During the payment process online, you will see your discount is applied in place your order page and in the e-mail order confirmation will send.
You can make changes to an order (for example, changing the quantities of items or removal of an item) if the items have not sent. However, note that changing the quantities of items or removing items may affect eligibility promotional offers used with the order or orders related to a purchase.
If an order includes promotional offers, it may not be able to cancel the order if any item in the same purchase (possibly other orders) have already sent.
