Then the 2nd stage filter, which is the reverse osmosis membrane removes even smaller particles down to 0.0001 microns plus 1000 morecontaminants like heavy metals (arsenic, lead, iron, mercury, and more), harmful

Filter Lifespan: Replace filters every 6-12 months. The RO membrane (Stage 2) can last longer if you have a water softener. This can vary depending on the quality of the feed water.
