Easy Screw-In Installation

Updating my review – I called Apex this morning, they returned my phone call this afternoon. I spoke to Ryan on the phone and he was very helpful. They’re sending me a new spigot for my water filter and he gave a few additional tips on how to get the filter housing open. Will update this review again when I receive the part and try out his tips.

I am so excited!!! I love this water filter. I am almost 70 and have arthritis in hands. So I dropped Aquasana because I couldn’t get the replacement filters in. I was dreading putting this one in. But don’t worry, it only took 5 minutes!!! That includes taking it out of the box! Albert is so helpful and knowledgeable about the product!
